At Tiger Global Brands, we understand that exceptional textiles begin with exceptional fiber. For this reason, we source only high-grade cotton from trusted and globally recognized suppliers. Every bale that enters our facility is carefully analyzed with advanced Uster HVI and AFIS systems, ensuring precise fiber quality, consistency, and performance. MÉLANGE
Mélange yarns at Tiger Global Brands are produced through the controlled blending of raw cotton with fiber-dyed components, resulting in refined tonal effects and superior fabric aesthetics. Our capabilities include the production of PC and CVC mélange yarns across a wide count range, from NE 10/1 to NE 40/1, ensuring consistency, uniformity, and reliable performance in every batch
INJECTION
Injection yarns are part of our Fancy Yarn collection, characterized by their unique visual texture. During production, controlled segments of polyester or cotton—either raw white, dyed, or colored—are precisely inserted into the base yarn. This technique creates distinctive horizontal streaks and patterns in knitted or woven fabrics, delivering a stylish, modern appearance that is highly sought after by leading apparel manufacturers.
SNOW EFFECT
These are also yarns made most commonly in a Tri-blend formation. Mainly, Cotton, Polyester and Viscose are blended for this. Comber Noil is also a substitute for this, and basically gives the knitted or woven fabric a rough surface effect. We can manufacture these yarns in either Knit & Wash or Ecru’s, so the customers can dye one portion themselves to achieve desired results.
MARLED
Marled yarns are also called Grindles, Siro Spun or Jaspe’s. Marled yarns are created by plying 2 different or similar fibers to form a single yarn. They create a very unique mesh patterned salt n pepper effect specially is one of the fibers is black. These are our top selling varieties of fancy yarns.
SPECKLED
Speckled or Neppy Yarns are made by adding specially made neps / short stubs of Cotton or Polyester into the yarn. These neps can either be Ecru or Dyed/Colored.
